Returns
- We do not accept returns. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

- Digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Personal care, wellness, or hygiene products (for safety reasons)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Tiffanyparkes2011@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
