Delivery Estimates

• Estimated delivery time is typically 5 - 7 business days, depending on your location.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Glow and Heal Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

• Glow and Heal Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at Tiffanyparkes2011@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as photos of the damage are required.

Returns

• We do not accept returns. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Personal care, wellness, or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Tiffanyparkes2011@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

Handmade / Wellness Boutique Policy Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly issue a replacement or store credit.
