To ensure your delicate dessert candles and accessories arrive safely, we partner with reliable national couriers. The specific carrier is chosen based on your location to provide the most efficient delivery service possible.

Since our products are hand-crafted and meticulously inspected, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing times may vary slightly as we ensure every item meets our quality standards.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us immediately. As long as your order hasn't been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, we will do our best to accommodate the change to ensure your package reaches you correctly.

Due to the delicate and hand-crafted nature of our dessert candles, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been used or lit. However, if your candle arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

For hygiene reasons, hair accessories such as claw clips and scrunchies must be in their original, unopened packaging and completely unused to be eligible for a return. We want to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for all our customers.

We take great care in packaging your items, but we know accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to our support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a solution right away.
